Unit is new and unused and will appear new if installed in a new product. Includes rubber boot and flange gasket.  There is an integral 1K Ohm variable resistor implying this is an increment control joystick. Perfect for raising the drawbridge on your castle. The plastic disc in pic #2 is adjustable to increase/decrease the pressure required to move the stick.  There is an integral mounting point at the front or rear axis of the stick motion.
